Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Meridian Exit Group provides timeshare exit consultation services. We connect timeshare owners with qualified attorneys and legal professionals who specialize in timeshare cancellations. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice directly.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Results vary based on individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for any timeshare cancellation case. Each situation is unique and may present different legal challenges.

4. Communications Consent

Checking the communications consent box is required to receive calls or texts and to book a consultation. You may submit the eligibility survey with your email only; we will ask for your mobile number and this consent before an appointment is reserved. Calculator submissions still require a phone number and consent. That check — not merely viewing or filling the form — is your express written consent for Meridian Exit Group to contact you at the phone number and email you provide by live, autodialed, prerecorded, and artificial/AI voice calls and by SMS/text about your timeshare cancellation inquiry, appointment reminders, and related service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of receiving services. You may call (307) 441-3116 instead of using the online form.

5. Not a Law Firm

Meridian Exit Group is not a law firm. Communication with Meridian Exit Group, whether by email, phone, or website reading, does not constitute legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship. We partner with licensed attorneys who handle the legal aspects of timeshare cancellations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Meridian Exit Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
